Some of you may have noticed times where the web-site has responded slowly or has returned incorrect error messages. We apologize for this. We are currently re-working the code behind the web-site and this has caused some conflicts behind the scenes. We had hoped that this would be done transparently to everybody, but obviously this hasn't proved to be the case. We believe that this situation has been resolved so you should get good responses going forward. However, the re-work process is an on-going project.
